Buying a tablet within the next couple of weeks.

I've currently got two options;

Intuos 4 Medium, which is -just- within my price range.
or.
Intuos 3 A4 which is significantly under my price limit, on that note, the Intuos 3 A3 is still £110 under what I'll pay for the Intuos 4.

It's simply a case of, is Intuos 4 worth spending the extra money on?
I've read a number of reviews online, and so far it definetely seems to be, and I'd rather buy top quality rather than now out-dated technology.

Advice? :]

I know nothing about tablets but I'm sure this will be a good choice for you to further your work. But if I was you, I'd definitely go for the more fancy one. Even if it may be expensive, always better than to get cheap ones. I'm sure cheap ones get the job done as well but always aim for the best one for you.

I've a I3 A4 and say its great, but I am currently think I'll switch to I4 because of the new features, but they only work with CS4 and the new Painter, so if you don't have the new software you don't need the new hardware :D

take care

I made the switch from the Intuos 3 A5 wide to the Intuos 4 M. Pro's: of course the new functions and the new pen! Con's: it's not as heavy and not as well built as the I 3. Tough decision. I don't regret the switch and I'd say I'd do it again. The size of the I 4 M is imho absolutely ok. Have fun deciding. ;)
